Guess it's their way of saying sorry for an awful event.

I like the way it looks, although I don't need the drops. Apology hereby accepted :)

When I got the alpaca, my first thought was this should drop wool, my second thought was this will be awesome for HuckleTown! Im seeing early reports of wool dropping.......I hope the wool is plentiful for you!

Am always maxed on wool, prime cuts, and rope, but I appreciate the gesture.

Ummm. Thanks I guess. Questioning S8 reasoning. How does 1 Alpaca = all time lost due to glitches.
Anyway it is cute. E for effort. But still falls short on problem solving.

An alicorn would be more appreciated to compensate for losses incurred however the gesture is gratefully received.

Thank you Storm8. I really just wished for one more day. I started on the first day, and due to All the glitches and too late drops of extra pearls, I was unable to finish. I kept hoping for some last little "thank you" of a bonus 24 hrs. I know I would have completed it if I'd had an extra day.

Can I ask for next time you realize you need to give us a little something extra to complete a quest, PLEASE let it be the gift of time!

Thanks S8. He sure is different and stands out above the rest. Unique I'd say. ^_^

Thanks S8 for the Alpaca. Was challenging event and did come away with 5 Boars and Dragon but without gems would not have been possible. Agree that an Ali would have been the best gift!

Getting the quests balanced right in the first place is 1000 times better than needing compensation to keep us sweet. The only reason we play this game is for the fun. Get that wrong - no fun, just frustration - and one by one we will vote with our feet (or should that be fingers).

Tasks should:
•not need gems to complete - if played properly/fully
•achievable in the timescale allocated
•not need you to have less than 8 hours sleepto fit everything in the time!
•be achievable by all levels
•not be only achievable by those who have high stocks of long wait time items
•be achievable without it being essential to watch the forums to forward plan

who agrees?

Agreeing, adding:
*not require a herd of alicorns

Why an alpaca? It seems an odd choice when there are so many wonderful mythical creatures, is this in the next update? Why is everything so disjointed?

Getting something like this is actually a *better* gift than time, for people like me (and I bet there are lots of us out there) who quit the event early.

For me, extra time in the event would be useless, but the alpaca is cute and appreciated.

We can just hope that them giving us this gift means they do realise there were issues with the event, and they will address that in the next event.

So I guess we wait and see.

Mine dropped wool and rope. I had used up some rope during the last monster hunt when crafting my glimmer Ali so I am not maxed right now.

And then where it will be the fun on this ?
If the quest will be easy and done by collection few times during a coffee break, we will all be just bored soon

I agree. It's cute. And I knew I wouldn't finish this past event when it started as I was on a family vacation. So, the alpaca's a fun bonus

Many thanks for the gift of the alpaca. Is there any chance it might appear for sale in the market? It would be nice to replace a sheep or 2 for a change of scenery so to speak. I think the highland cow is great too.
