So I forgot the name of the goals BUT again we have the same items from Bakery Story ugh! Great
Maybe we can get updates into the first or second post?
If someone tells me how, I'll copy things here if ed doesn't want to update the thread.

I tried using photobucket but kept getting a pop-up saying I'd won an Amazon card.
When I tried copying my screen shots, it said I had the wrong extension.

Hi, new here. Whats with storm8 doing xmas and winter themes in summer. Also someone on here displayed the goals and prizes in pictures, for helping to know about the tasks, but now gone.Storm8 is stuck in winter... in California. They also released summer items in winter! :D
This is getting boring swapping appliances from another game. They can't come up with new fresh ideas.

Lol! the title reminds me of that huge guy's opening line selling summer stuff in the movie "Frozen". Seems like they took the idea from the animation itself, what with the snowman in summer (cue Olaf). I have a friend who put a snowman as her host, which was really ironic and amusing. heh
I don't see the problem of swapping appliances between RS and BS, tbh. (but of all the appliances to choose from, they chose one with a huge face on it) Wasn't that one of the suggestions for the game? Admittedly, that suggestion was brought up during the time when they had that layoff (and it wasn't just one post, but also backed up by comments from other players as well), but it just goes to show that S8 is taking feedback from customers, no? Maybe with the new management, they're slowly checking off the boxes? Because I did make a complaint on the goal steps before, and they actually did change the goal gameplay, for which I am thankful. (I'm still waiting for them to get rid of those 1 hr and/or 2 hrs recipes during goals, *fingers crossed*)
Not only that, I also remember someone made a post on asking what kinda stuff we would want from BS in RS and vice versa (because I made some suggestions in that post as well), so maybe it kinda gives them that confirmation that we want BS' stuffs in RS? I'm just speculating from what I'd observed, so I could be wrong. *shrugs*
Participating in goals just means new appliances for me to earn more gems, more recipes to put out and more decorative choices anyway. Especially since S8 haven't been releasing new appliances or re-releases of old/locked appliances as of late. The snow machines fits well with a lot of the summer themes we're having. An actual appliance that serves sno ice! Rather than just a decoration! YES?? Plus I feel that it's better than the current goal in BS, anyway. And the theme.. I just can't fathom the idea of having a beach in a bakery. It's just..too odd. But that's just my opinion.

I totally agree with this! We could not be getting any appliance at all but we are! So what if it is an appliance from BS!
It is totally new for RS and fits very well with ice cream, gellato and summer!! If someone dosent like a goal...just don't do that particular goal, simple isn't it?

Haven't been on the forums in a while, but I also don't mind the recycling of appliances and some recipes... kinda makes my work easier! :) especially with the parts which I'm loving!
I don't really mind if everything is duplicated, cause then it's like having two different restaurant/bakery without logging into another ID ;)
I like how S8 is taking action on the feedback!

I think I own those 2 already from previous goals. I see BS' icy barista at the end of the decor though! And a standing polar bear statue and a freezer, which annoys me because I bought the re-released freezer sometime recently (black friday or christmas or something) because it was a really old piece I'd never had a chance at before, even though it cost like 24 gems or something, and now I'm going to get a practically identical one for coins!!! :mad:

Just got to the third recipe on the second appliance. Had to purchase 2 snow bears- each costing $17,000 coins. THey are TINY TINY TINY. These goals are costing us so may coins to complete, it's getting ridiculous. Thr tables & chairs are also overpriced. SOmething has to be done. CAn someone check if there s an error in the size of the bears. They are the size of a bunch of flowers.

You do not have to buy the Bears. You have the 3rd recipe unlocked, and that's all you need.

I totally agree about the goals being way too expensive. If we are going to keep having back to back goals, which I am okay with, they need to be less expensive--$10k for appliances, $2k for walls, etc.

Yeah, agree with you both everything is getting really very expensive... the Ice Bear is very tiny even smaller than my Reindeer and cost 17,000.

Ice and Ice Block are not the same thing. You got to request your nbr for Ice to collect in this goal. (Ice Block is a gift item not required for this goal)

So I was going to vote neutral and decided to change it. The only thing I liked about this goal was the prizes because I didn't have them on either game. BS and RS are losing their excitement. The excitement of wondering what the new goal will be and what new recipes we'll get and then to come on and see appliance that are familiar is a HUGE disappointment. I'll admit I was one of the people who wanted at least goal swaps when we weren't getting any at all but you learn from your mistakes and that request was one at least imo. If you are going to be repeating goals PLEASE unlock the old ones. Not revamp them, not give us similar ones we want the same goals. I can almost guarantee if Storm8 starts doing that then the feedback they're receiving will be more positive than negative, like it has been the last few months. PLEEEEEASE Storm8 we know you can unlock them because it was done last year with the Halloween goal, we had 2 at a time, we players who never got a chance to do the old one. I would love that opportunity with other goals. Okay sorry that was really long.

I was looking for such a good goal all this time because I didn't have anything of it! Different Ice creams and drinks, different colours. The final prize was good too, but I can't deal with the number of required parts. It really took long time for me to collect them. I hope the number of parts will be decreased for the next goal.
One thing I have to say is that the time between the goals seems shorter than before these days. For some players it's a bit hard to finish a goal and start a new one in the next days. It took us time and money, and it looks exhausting when we have busy days in our own lives.
I see there are a huge number of old goals which can be unlocked too. You can plan a new goal, then an old goal re-release and then a new goal again (with more free time between every goal). I guess both new and old players will be happy this way.
Thanks for everything! I love the way Storm8 team notice and support what players want.
