Freezes after one move

I've been trying to play the game this afternoon and it lets me into the level and make the first move. After that the game freezes and I can't make any other moves. The only thing it will let me do is go back to the map. I've tried restarting the game multiple times and that hasn't helped. I've tried different levels and it is happening on all the levels.

Same here....plus there are no snowflake levels all of a sudden and the tasty tournament disappeared! All with four hours free playing time I just won. I hope we get those back after this is fixed.

Same here. Day later and still no update. Rebooted phone and updated app. Tried before to contact slStorm 8 with a service issue and those close the ticket because there is no support for this app and send you to the forum. Obviously they don't reply here either

I've been tempted to call it quits ever since they stuck us on level 910 for the past two weeks...this just might do it for me.

I'm able to play levels without any issues with a fresh install. If you haven't attempted to delete and reinstall the game yet, please try this and let me know if it doesn't help. :)

Yes it's working now but we all lost our free time from the team events. I was on team teddy and won four hours which are now gone
