I think there should be a button for thread starters where it can turn the "[IMG] code is ___" on or off.
And that the thread starter post cannot contain an image.
That way, if people select no IMG codes, then people can't post the porn on the forum.
This way, threads that don't need unnecessary pictures, won't have pictures.
Threads like the "Add Me", and other notices by Norman, don't need photos and are the most seen threads, so I think those don't need attachments in the posts. So there won't be any porn seen on them. And that would just leave the Weekly contest threads with attachments and other threads that are posting images with the porn, which would be faster for Norman to take care of.
I think this would be a better solution than "Registration" because the porn-poster can always just post more porn with an account and create many accounts.
If this button does get implemented, it should first be IMG code off, and somewhere on the top of the thread creating box so it's visible and people can check on if they're posting pictures like of a new prize in the boxes or whatever they wanna show.
