I would suggest sending a ticket to support per the link in Post #1. That is, assuming it finished crafting before the event ended and was just sitting there.
I didn?t get a chance to collect my white cake dragon from the hatchery before the quest ended. Is there a way to get it? I didn?t know the hatchery would be useless after 9 pm ET.
