After upgrading the Sunflower Picnic Grove to level 2, I expected it to drop 2 bouquets. But no, mine is still dropping only one. Is this another glitch?

Coffee is from the Yellow Coffee Maker, a regular appliance that should unlock in the Market at level 41 Peppermint Cocoa is from the Cocoa Maker a goal appliance from the 2013 Christmas goal.
