I'm still having the same problem, now I"m up to 444 members and the list shows me 490 and up! Whats the deal with this?? I can rarely find anyone my OWN SIZE!

It looks like where you are at and for the size that the bracket is no longer holding up - so the list is filling in with those that are around where you are at.

You don't really have this rite. As far as specifically "seeing people" and the "battle list" are concerned. People lower level than you almost never appear on the list, and when they do, they are no more than 1 level below you. The higher you increase in level the more often the battle list will be populated more so with people who are at least 2 to 3 levels above you, above level 150 you will often have people appearing that are over 10 - 15 levels above you, but you still wont see people lower level than you on the battle list.

Battle list aside, Higher level people can always battle you, the number of levels above you the game allows increases the higher level you get, Sub level 50 You get around 10 or so levels below. It steadly increases as you level. Once you reach level 50 anyone in the game will be able to battle you. Lower level players will also always be able to battle higher level players regardless of the level difference.

I understand that a band will be seen by other larger bands of the same level at various times as this happens with other Storm8 games. The problem with Rock Battle Live is that the "battle band list" is not listing bands of roughly equal abilities like they do in the other games. For example, in World War, I can have 24 members and see other players with roughly 20 to 24 members as well. Once in a while, one or two in the list will have a bit more or less members, or be one level higher or lower. This is not the case for Rock Battle Live. If I have 24 members, everyone in the list will have 30 to 90 members almost everytime. Depending on which level you advance to, the listing will change where almost eveyone on the list has way less members than you do. So there is definitely something wrong with the "battle band list" portion of this game when compared to all the other Storm8 games which I play.
