why are people who are violating the Can Spam Act still be allowed on storm8 games

There's so many individuals spaming walls of many players on Storm8 games for a company called ****** (or close to that lol). Quite frankly its becoming bothering and not making the game as fun because of their lack of federal laws and guidelines. Lol but I just happen to know federal law quite well. I believe all persons spaming for that company should be warned by Storm8 and if continued, banned. The Can Spam Act and guidelines clearly state an opt out must be clearly made available thus no opt out clearly violates the federal act.

I'm not sure members of storm8 are aware of such laws or just haven't been sued yet for it. Fastest way to fix a prob is to attack the money

I agree with MasterWolff, but in answer to your question love2death, the answer is simple.

It takes time for storm8 to hear about each account, investigate, take action etc In that time you can make literally hundreds of new accounts and their is no way to keep up for storm8 sadly.

They are warned and banned when someone reports them, but that's storm8's brilliant defense in this area They claim they don't have any way of monitoring what is happening and need the players to report and supply the evidence, so they can take no responsibility.
Personally a brilliant stratergy until someone in a similar position gets taken through the courts by the Federal Government to test things, then changes will be made, but of course that is literally years away so we are stuck with things this way for the foreseeable future

I personally love the spammers and heres why: They provide miniscule accounts by the hundreds that leave links everywhere they go which can then be used by clans to hitlist for easy wins! the more they spam, the more accounts they make, the more wins your clan can have! and if or when they get banned,,, their comments get removed anyhow so no big deal LOL. EVERYONES A WINNER!! Enjoy the hitlist lets fill it with the spammers!!!

If you are refering to the low lvl people advertising everywhere, you should know they are scripted bots, all done on a pc.

Storm does detect some, I had one post and 2 mins later account had gone, but they find new ways.

It's annoying. I just delete and block, only got a couple hundred blocked now

Only a couple of hundred, lucky you. I have found that as all my accounts are older, there a re a lot of links out there but mostly in WW. I started counting recently and this is after I missed several hundred. 1,376 banned spamming accounts For ******'s sake

On a side note, how about the spam on this web site that nobody has done anything about
