How does ATM work

Not sure how ATMs work. Please explain

You need to have a bank account and a bank card. Insert the bank card into the slot and enter your password. From there you can withdraw money, deposit money and even pay bills.

Anyway, ATMs are accounts that are usually high level with lots of income and low defense (which is what the player has done on purpose). This makes them good targets for those that are looking for easy money. As win/loss ratio affects payouts, ATMs need to maintain a certain winning percentage in order to keep their payouts high. Thus, ATMs usually have their own rules that people need to follow in order to be 'allowed' to use their services. Rules vary but can include: being closed and opened during certain hours, limiting the amount of hits one can use, holding events for certain players only etc. Some ATMs will only give their services out to alliance members.

I have a ATM on my MOB list and they say its OK to hit/attack him. How do I do that if he is on my MOB list???

Just because he's on your mob list doesn't mean you can't attack him. It actually makes it easier cause you have a link to him now, and can find hime any time you want.
