Whenever I try to launch the game, it says:
"Error: Access Denied. We are unable to process your request." This has happened for 2 days straight. I am eager to play, but unfortunately I am not. Help would be appreciated. |

Hi there -
Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the app from your device? If you have not, try that and see if that helps at all. If it does not help, and if you have not already done so, email Storm8 Support (support@storm8.com) and open a ticket. Make sure to include your Storm8 ID, the device and operating system you're using, the app you are having an issue with, a description of the issue and when you noticed the issue started. |
