How to report suspected violations of the Terms of Service

Please note that the discussion of cheating is not appropriate for the Storm8 forums. This is true of any violations of the Terms of Service; if you suspect a user may be violating the Storm8 Terms of Service, you can contact support@storm8.com, who will look into the matter, or forward it to our engineering team for further investigation.

For the quickest resolution to your report, please provide as much information about the suspected user as possible, including:

1. The user's character name [if the user has emoji in their name, mention this].
2. The user's character Code.
3. The game on which this is occurring.
4. A screenshot of your Battles/hitlists where you believe the user is violating the Terms of Service.
5. In lieu of screenshots, please provide the approximate date/time of the battles in question.

Please remember that these investigations can take time, and it may take a while for sufficient evidence to be gathered against a user before a suspension or ban of their account is enacted. For further questions, please contact Storm8 Support at support@storm8.com. Thanks!
