Default Cant find evidence
Please can someone help I cant find the evidence for the NYC mission so I can't complete rank 1 does anyone know where it can be found or looted

I encountered the same problem. I got my evidence in LA street/Flee from Crime Scene.

If you've completed the crime scene what other issue could be causing the evidence not to show up in LA mission.
