Godfather points not recieved

I recently purchased the 9.99 pacakge from the appstore and I did not recieve them. I was billed for them and recvieved a new icon on my screen to get them but no godfather points were given to me. What can I do to get them? I am using Iphone 4. Thanks

1) did you open the 9.99 app so the points would register to your account?

2) have you previously bought that points pack?

Yes, I opened it and I also purchased the point package before as well.
