2nd account users

In a game where Storm has limited the total number of times you are able to BL any individual...why can something not be done to prevent people from starting second accounts...and then BL'ing a player with no retalitory effect from the higer level. Also, if you're going to have a system in place where I can't attack a lower level, why can the lower level (again these second accounters) BL me if no contact has been established?

If you have 2-3 devices in your house say 2 phones and an ipod how could u stop them from having 3 accounts. Theres really nothing you can do..just be happy i guess that 200 is the max you can get bountied now in 24 hours.

I have 0 issue with unlimited bounties. These players are willing to take 200 hits and keep on. Now there is no way to stop them from stupidity. With unlimited bounties you can bounty a player into submission. If you have 0 income you're much more apt to submit rather than just after 200. If you give a crap about stats or your income...it would work. As it is now, not so much...
