Farm Story Achievements/Crop-Mastery in Game Center

Okay. So here's my question: Ya know how after you've planted and harvested so much of a particular crop, e.g. spinach... ? ... then you achieve a "rank" of crop mastery. I think you get 20 XPs for this, right? And in Game Center it shows that you have "achieved" a point for doing this. There is a little depiction of a percentage circle there, in game center, showing you your status as to how much of a given crop you have left to do before getting an achievement point.

Now, here is the crux of my question: In order to go up to higher levels of achievement, do you HAVE TO HAVE MASTERED ALL crops to LEVEL 1, FIRST??? Or can you, for example, start going to Level 2, 3, etc. on say grapes, before you have attained Level 1 on any of the other crops? Any thoughts or insight on this would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks in advance.

you can work on mastery on any crop in any order. However on any given crop you go numerically

    So that's...3...1...2...4? Lol. I can count really. 3, 2, 4, 1.
Obviously there more ploughed land you have, the quicker you master.

    Huh? I can't count higher than 1. Remember: 3, 2, 4, 1. 1 is the last number I count.

Thank you, Phthon! I have achieved level 1 mastery on 17 of 35 crops at this point. My farm is not that big yet. And I have several areas of crop plots, but I have a bunch of other stuff, such as animals and a two or three buildings, so I don't go that fast in crop planting-harvesting. I have several trees too. Do you think it's better to wait until you are at a certain level to expand farm size? (I'm at level 26, and I can't expand until level 40, which will probably take a long time; or should one spend the gems to expand more quickly? This is probably a matter of opinion, but I thought I ask what others might think. Thanks again!

I wouldn't spend the gems. What helps to level faster is having neighbors and watering their farms everyday. They usually water back and that adds xp points when you collect your crops. Also plant crops that grow quickly since you get xp when you plant. the more you plant the faster you collect xp to level up.

I'm still having the dumb look therefore my question is still free ... right???

    Here goes : 1st level - 1 leaf - 1000 coins,
    2nd level - 2 leaves - and you get a gem,
3rd level - 3 leaves - you get coins again,
    4th level - 4 leaves - you get a garden gnome.

SO.... what happens after that?? Do you go for another same cycle of that???

    Thanks for answering..

After you get the fourth leaf, you make 5% more money when you harvest the crop.
