Sorry to say 100 is correct.
I want to know to about level 4. I see level 5 but no 4. I wished the jewels weren't 100 though. I wished it was 25 but that's a lot of jewels.
I just realize you can craft jewels in the forge.
You get this recipe in the kitchen. I think you need to have completed Ivy hot sauce quest

Lady Finverra
Upgrade the building to lvl 4
Materials:
1 Lady Finverra Statue (Adventure, Old King's Vault exclusive)
5 Lumin Essence
50 Jewels
50 Silver Ore

Whew, after lvl 3,4,5 upgrade, it seems my inventory will be depleted to ground zero!
Well, as long as there is no time limit, it's ok.
I don't hv other quest except the Alicorn n maybe trying to get the Barrick.
Those can wait.
