New Halloween Update

Just did the update and nothing changed ? I am also still getting booted out of the game and already submitted a ticket and I know some of my neighbors are also having the problem.
Has anyone else done this new update and had the same issue ?

And also getting booted out of the game ? Please help.. any suggestions 🌹
