ability to organize neighbors list

Dear:

Neighbors list are static and alphabetize. If one has 200-300 neighbors, it took too long to find a particular neighbor.
Is the ability to move a neighbor up and down the list in the work?

I think the suggestion is a good idea but I would love to have the server automatically move neighbors who water you frequently up. I try to water my neighbors daily but I noticed lots of neighbors don't bother water my farm in return as a courtesy. I would rather water people who water me frequently first and then when I get around to it, water neighbors who don't water me as frequently when I have time in my hands.

That would be awesome if good neighbors moved up, I too water my neighbors often and some don't water back at all, I try to keep track and just delete the bad ones and get more.
