    Exclamation Can a player has more than 1 prism?

    I wonder this question because today I had receive 1 prism but my device was lost connected to the Internet, and when it can loged in again the prism was gone . I afraid that I will no longer have another prism to finish the quest. Could anyone help me?

    Yes, you should be able to get a new prism because the game didn't register the first one. It's the same as if you never got one. Which is quite frustrating...
