Quest restarted, lost all materials

Hello
When I started the "For glimmerwood" quest, I gave the Mithril stone,
and the 15 Furs... I turned off the game and restarted like 1 hour later.
Then, the game restarted the quest, and I lost all the mats I already
gave... The game didnt crash, but it only restarted the qest (even the
speech with Thurston)
I tried to give the mats again but it says i dont have enough...

What to do to get th? mats back please?

It sounds like you had a sync error.
Have you force closed your game and restarted? Deleted and reinstalled the game? I'm not sure that those steps will help, but they can't hurt.

In the future, do not leave the game after doing anything major. Do a few more things, or better yet: visit a neighbor. Visiting a neighbor (or anyone other kingdom) will cause the game to save your progress on the TeamLava servers. That way you will not loose your progress.

I did all this and it didnt help.
I submitted a ticket and they cant inject any lost mats What would have happened if it was a required item to progress in game.. ZzzzZZzz
