new phone problems
I redownloaded the app (from a backup) into my new phone and it won't let me start back from where I was (which is really annoying because I was just about to complete Ivy's hut and it was taking me AGES) and also it won't let me put my old storm id into the game, it will only let me make a new one and I don't need a new one
any ideas how to help me?

You can email support@teamlava.com and they can transfer your games.
You can also transfer yourself:

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.
You can also try to recover your games (if you had a password set up)
