[Bug] Can't buy reward points

I noticed reward points at 20% off right now. That's great, and I would buy some, but I can't. The only thing listed under "offer(s)" on the Agent tab is to download Pet Shop Story.

I've written Storm8 at least two or three times about this in the past via email, and nothing has ever changed. This happens in all the games, too. Once in a blue moon, I'll randomly be able to see the offers. The vast majority of the time, though, there is nothing... except advertisements for other games.

I have a non-jailbroken iPod Touch 4G, with the latest iOS installed. Is there anything at all I can do to get somewhere with this issue? Or should I just give up? I'm frankly at my wit's end here.

Speaking of ads, I will never download pet shop story or any other story game, and I would dearly love the ability to ditch those ads. They take up valuable space, and are incredibly annoying. I'm already frustrated with Storm8 games, and these ads just make it that much worse.
