The Fruitcake tree was removed as holiday content on Jan 7. You can still master them, but can't see the progress. Here's how many for each level:

Level 1 - 25 trees
Level 2 - 100
Level 3 - 250
Level 4 - 500

for a total of 875 harvests to master.

Once you get a popup, you can kind of gauge how long it will take. The tree is 14 hrs.
