It's one of the random items that come from the Valentine Box in the store. If your not familiar with it they have different boxes that you pay $5 a pop to get items out of, sometimes you get something good sometimes not, you can't choose it's just random items. Personally I think it's a ploy to get people desperate for certain items so they'll keep spending $5 over and over and over trying, it's really a rip off.
