You need to install Bakery Story on your new phone with a new Storm ID
Then email TL with the Storm ID of the bakery you want to transfer and the new Storm ID of the bakery on your new phone. Don't forget to include information about the bakery you want to transfer such as how many gems you have, last gem purchase you made, or anything where they can identify that the bakery which you want to transfer is really yours.
After a few days, your new bakery will automatically be your old bakery and you will continue to use your original Storm ID

You can email support@teamlava.com and they can transfer your games. Give them you storm ID, the level of one of the games that you play and the number of gems you have in one of your games.
If you are on a Iphone, Ipad, Touch, or Ipad and you know the UDID numbers for both devices , give support that information
You can also try and transfer yourself. If you are going from Idevice to Idevice and you know the UDID numbers for both:

If you do not have UDID number for your old device or if you are transfering from or to an android device you can transfer by Storm 8

Make sure you download all the games you are playing to you new device, but do not set up a new storm ID.

Hi can I play the one game on my iPad and iPhone ie share? Or can I only play on one device? My iPhone and iPad are on the same account. Thanks
Its been three days since a response.
On the link option three says to go home, then click settings and the storm8 tab.
Settings have no tab just options for music and notifications.
I've so many items going bad.
