Currently, yes, because it's the max level limit.
I play all the games but these days I have been showing more interest in Farm, Bakery, and Pet Hotel Story. But I do check the other games like three times a week. =)
I belive the expansion on the main post is a little incorrect, I don't know if TL has changed it or it was incorrect from the start.

Mosstrich is 32 hours 27 gold to speed up but it has been an hour or so since I checked it.
Mosstrich would have been 32 gold to speed up and Diamond Pegasus 44 gold to speed up, so it depends on how long it has been since you started breeding.
Well when I check it it still says 2 days.
