Monster Story Gold Coins

I try to buy gold coins in Monster Story and nothing happens. I wait and wait but to no avail. Does anyone know how to do this?

What is happening when you try to buy gold? Error message? processing screen?
What device do you play on? Its current IOS version??

I am using IPad2, version 5.1.1. I click on add gold and nothing appears, no message at all. Wait about 10 minutes and then click because obviously it is not going to work.

Try a few things.
First restart your Ipad.
Then you can try a few things.
On the ipad go to settings, safari and clear out cookies and Data.
Then restart your Ipad.
If still issues, delete the game and redownload from the app store.

Thanks I was having the same problem I tried all of those steps. Doesn't really concern me because I don't buy gold that often.

I'm having the same issue i try to purchase gold but i end up with nothing it just gets that fox and goes and no gold added i tried sending TM support team a message on their email unforanatly they didn't fix it (yet)
