    24 Gems deducted for Groove Delivery Box

    I clicked on the Groove Delivery Box and it mentioned I won a 3rd prize, asking me to look into closet. The 24 gems had deduct but I couldn't find anything in the closet. Look through the design tab as well, nothing to be found. Please help!

    hmm did u try looking in every tab of the design tab? also look under the hair section in the closet

    I've looked through everywhere, from closet to design tab, nothing to be found.

    Try emailing support; they should be able to find which item was bought, and where to find it.

    while you are waiting on support, you can try deleting your game and redownloading it from the app store. You will not lose your game. I had the same problem when I got the free item with gem offer(hippy wig) it did not show up. After I redownloaded it, it showed up.

    Quite disappointed that I didn't get any furniture after opening the boxes. It's all for the avater
