Tried to close all apps, and restarted phone- issue continues

When I scroll down user "Lady Bruin" wall ,about half way down I get kicked out of the application

does not occur when scrolling down my wall or the other neighbors' walls I tried it on

It occurs to the user on their own wall too. They also use iPhone
