    Maintenance message

    Has anyone else been getting a maintenance message from S8 when loading the game that says it will be back in a few minutes? I have been getting this for over an hour!! It will soon impact on things like my bingo challenge that is midway, and the tournament battles!

    yes, I have rebooted, hard closed etc, and yes everything else is working fine.

    And it's because of daylight saving time - PDT to PST as I understand.

    Good timing, to shut it down during timed events.

    Oh wait, there is never a good time because there are ALWAYS timed events nowadays...
    As of September 30th, 2017:

    Yup, that's it again.

    And there's still no notice in the app(s) themselves either.

    It's not that they would have to write a single letter of code, they could just push it as one of their adds.

    I was part way through a bingo challenge that will now time out. And I can't load crops or collect coins before bed. Gee, thanks for the warning, S8....I'm guessing I'm wasting my breath suggesting you do anything differently.

    I agree with this totally, I am basically forced to spend gold now if I want to complete the tales, and I am sure I am not the only one. I cannot finish the battles before bed, so most likely won't have enough time to collect the runestones. I have been playing this game from the begining, and most of the changes I have been able to accept, but this is plainly unfair to anyone who is not in San Fran. (Aussie player here) The least they can do is add some extra time to the event to make it fair to those who lose out due to timezone differences.
