Access to recipes after a goal finishes

Hey,

I'm relatively new to the game and I don't think I can complete the monthly goals with the Quaint oven/stove. Does this mean that I will never have access to these recipes after the goal has finished?

Once the goal expires, you will not be able to unlock the appliance or recipes.
