1st place for tickets but not showing

So i busted my hump and ended up with over 3000 tickets. Was showing 1st with the next person well over a thousand less than me. I waited for the weekly turnover for my prize and never got anything. I went in and looked and the person who was in 2nd shows in first and im not even listed! I also lost 30 gems trying to play tournaments. It took my gems and i did not even play. Lots of issues since the new release ;0/. I even bought gems which i usually dont do...

I also noticed that after i hit the 2400 ticket level my cleared board tickets were never multiplied by 3. Is this the way it is supposed to be? I figure a loss of about 150 additional tickets.
