Star level tipping.

I'm a 4 starplayer. However, when I'm not tipping for one or two days my level decreases immediately. Strange. Because I see neighbours who are not playing for a whole week and the star level keeps high. Can anyone explane that to me?

if a player isn't playing--not at all, not even logging on--their star level stays frozen where it was. as soon as they hop onto the game, it adjusts, falling to 0 (or higher if they only stayed off the game for a day or two, i don't know how far your rating falls per day of not tipping).

I didn't play for 18 days and my star rating dropped from 4 to zero within that time. I logged in to store empty counters but I did not tip, gift or respond to material requests. It happens very quickly.
