I think it's worth it. Caused I just bought it and added to my small beach area. Think I need a gem expansions sales soon. =/

The lemonade stand is a 3rd prize item and the sandcastle is a 2nd prize item. So it's really up to you. But do note that the sandcastle sale is ending soon.

Thanks! I think I'm gonna get it don't like the lemonade stand, but sandcastle is really gorgeous even though it's only 2x2.

You need the fountain located under the appliance tab. The lemonade stand is just a decor item.

I think someone else posted it was locked until level 24.

It's locked until Level 37 for me!
