Okay, so I decided to contact Support for assistance with my account. My main account got reset to Level 1 and I have to do the tutorial. But here's the real kicker: one of my other accounts somehow has the progress of my main account. My main account was on Level 13 but my other account was not.
I've contacted Support for this and thus far, it has been 21 days since anyone has even addressed this.

So I was on level 40 an active player. My game crashed and when I reopened it I'm on level one again. I have tried everything. (I did email storm 8 3. Days ago when this happened). I have tried in installing and reinstalling and powering off my iPad and restarting. Still on level one. Has this happened to anyone else. Any suggestions?
I've seen others post on it, so it has happened before, though not to me. If you hadn't set up your login info, I have no idea how to fix it beyond waiting for S8. Useless, I know, but I sympathize. Hope you hear soon!
