I have upgraded the Blythwood sapling but when I did it didn't upgrade just took all of my parts. Now I'm unable to get the moonshine trinket. Help what do Ido ?

I have upgraded the Blythwood sapling but when I did it didn't upgrade just took all of my parts. Now I'm unable to get the moonshine trinket. Help what do Ido ?
Can you tell us the name of the goal in your book please. And what level is your sapling now. There are so many goals in this questline. I think you're on Part 2 though. A good rule of thumb if you think your game is glitchy is to force close and sometimes even a reinstall can be helpful. However, there shouldn't be any glitches where you are up to.
