    Problems with Android 6.0.1 (Display Issues)

    Since I got this update a few days ago, the items in catalog, closet, and design look really weird. The words and numbers are skewed to the left. When ordering, the background of the fashions are solid pink, not blue. And when I gift, the items look really tiny. You need to fix these display issues.

    My Samsung Galaxy s6 has the same issue. Was it ever corrected? I'm running FS 1.5.6.7. My game constantly reminds me of old quests as well, completed or not. It drives me crazy. I have to say ok or exit 20 + times to play.

    My game is doing the same thing. Daily. I've already lost over 50 gems to those pop-ups because it will pop-up right as my finger is touching down on the screen for something else. (Sent emails to Support only to receive auto-responses and no help.)

    Is there a fix for this?

    As for the old quests(goals) popping up. There is not a fix for this issue. Below is information that was given to me by a community manager:

    This is a long-term issue that affects a limited number of Android devices (usually brands that aren't flagship Android brands). We have thoroughly researched the issue and unfortunately, this is a device issue where either the software or hardware of the device is causing unpredictable behavior with the app. This isn't something we can patch on our end.

    While we have been unable to identify an effective troubleshooting fix, some players have mentioned in the past that hard resetting the device helped with their issue. Please note, if you decide to do this that we're not responsible for any data loss by hard resetting your device and recommend you back up your data and are absolutely sure before you try it.
