How do you harvest rune stones?

You just harvest food from the farms like you normally would and the runestones pop out. Keep in mind this only happens when you have the prompt to do it in the tales. Also, crops that take longer give out more runestones.

Usually you get 1 runestone per hour of crop so a 5 hour crop will give you 5 runestones per farm, one hour crop will give 1 runestone per crop, etc. Sometimes the ratio is 1.5 so you can get 1 or 2 runestones per hour.
