If you love to give food as a gift, I'd love to have you as a neighbor. (I switch from giving chicken or stew)
I have no need or want for parts.
If you tip daily, I'd love to have you as a neighbor. Although, it's not a strict requirement.

I am quite active with the game, I keep my tables clear and I'd love to find neighbors who do the same. Too often I'll add neighbors and find myself not being able to tip them and I'd really love to tip them.
