If you were linked with Game Center try logging back into the game center.
Your progress should be restored. Let me know if this doesn't work.

How to submit Support Request
I was already logged in the Game Center. Maybe I'm not understanding what I'm suppose to do. I was looking how to log out from it first but can see where.
Also, in the game center where it lists the games I have installed, I'm not seeing Jewel Mania in the list.
Not sure what else to do. All that I know is that I was quite advanced.
