Level guide

I really like the hub and I look through it quite a lot. I am a newish player and wish there were
a level guide. I am now level 17 but I do not understand when I can quest more or other things.
I am only able to use my knights to check the ancient vault and one other quest,roaming bandits.
I do not know what level it changes and when I can see many of the the things people talk about
like the baron and monsters.
Thank you all for any advice I do get. I really am enjoying playing this

Of course, some of the adventures listed were special ones & only used during timed events so are no longer available.
