    Angry support.storm8.com ignoring me

    Hello I have submit a request ticket 10 days ago have not gotten a response. Trying to get refund my 270 gems when i purchased gem dispenser . i had Using my brother iphone (ios) ..i noticed gem dispenser will not showing on android players . im using android phone all time . im not using iphone (ios) too much . my ticket number is #[] I really appreciate any help from support team here .

    When switching between different devices (android/IOS/Amazon) be really careful. Items you buy on one platform, if not available for another platform, will not show up or will just be a decoration only.
