I think so these r breedable. I want prime chroma (can I breed it without any prime dragons?), dream, peace, morning glory, naga, seabreeze and cherry blossom. small list, isn't it?

I'm having trouble looking them up, but so far I know that Morning Glory is breedable.

Not breedable for sure: Naga, Dream, Knight, Peace, Bliss

I'll keep trying to get the status on the rest.

How do you know this? I mean of course there's this one website we can't talk about, but I don't see anywhere that Dream or Bliss shouldn't be breedable. I mean it makes sense for Knight because apparently you needed to craft it or win it, but how do you know that the other ones aren't breedable?
