Cannot accept Lives

I am having the same issues. Unable to except lives from friends. It's been going on for one month. I'm ready to delete this game if it's not fixed. I hate to do that but it's annoying.

For several weeks now, I get Facebook messages that friends have sent me lives, but the message/life is never in my actual game. I have version 1.6.1 on an LG G4 phone.

This is NOT the same issue as before. Then, I was getting an error message. Now, the lives aren't even in the game to accept. I only get Facebook messages about them.
