    Question Transfer account to new device

    Can someone tell me how to transfer my account to a new device without having to contact Support. I used to be able to switch between my Iphone and Android seamlessly using games like IMobsters and Racing Live. Those games are no longer available for download and the old transfer instructions don't seem to work. Seems like all the transfer instructions posted are over a year old and I can't seem to figure it out. Can someone please help?

    If you are trading , selling or giving away your old device, I would advise sending an email to support@storm8.com and ask them to remove your storm ID and games from that device.
