I've noticed that I haven't received the gem incentive goals for downloading games for a while now in Fashion Story. They show up in my Bakery story account but not on Fashion. Anyone else experience the same issue?

I noticed that too, I got an offer in dragon and castle story but not bakery, restaurant or fashion story.
Me too,got a goal today in Dragon and Farm but not in Bakery and Fashion.Why is that?I won't download any new games if I won't take a reward in Fashion!

I got one in Fashion today for Frozen Frenzy Mania.
Promotional goals go out randomly. You may receive them in all, some or none of your games.
If you did not get them in a game, hopefully you will get them time.
Please note that IOS players do not get gems/gold for downloading or playing other games. These goals give 0 rewards.
Goals that do award gems are unrelated to the Goals you mentioned.
