    Unplayable after upgrade to iOS 9

    I have an iPhone 6 and upgraded to iOS 9. The load screen shows as normal but then my kingdom shows on half the screen, a black field on the other half, and then a small bar superimposed over those near the top showing a partial list of who has visited. Unable to tap on anything, it's currently unplayable for me.

    Same here. Is it because they have abandoned this game and not put in code to allow for the update to iOS 9?

    I upgrade to IO9 and my game seems to be fine.
    Try a few things-
    Go to settings- safari and clear cookies, then restart your device.

    You can also try a hard reset- Hold down power and on/off button at the same time until you see the apple sign. (ignore sliding bar).

    These measures did not work--still can only view a partial screen and cannot play.

    Try deleting and redownloading the game. If that does not work,

    I'm having the same problem as well - other storm8 games like Castle Story are working just fine, so I'm wondering if it's because it's abandoned. Hopefully they'll fix it :\

    Even before IOS update, I wasn't getting any quests besides the daily one, and the Valentine's items in the store were still labelled as "new."

    Thank you Kookypanda! I tried your suggestions, but they didn't work. I sent a mail to the supportteam and hope the problem will be solved soon.
