not downloading new properties
I have 2 properties not downloading chance and one other so far.

Sorry to hear that! Can you try deleting and reinstalling the game? When you open the app, try leaving your game open for several minutes to ensure everything downloads correctly. Let me know if this helps!

I am having the same issue and also sent an email over a week ago, I am on level 81 I have purchased many items through the app I am losing gems and dice every time I login and none of my properties are loafing
