Umbrella table challenge?

Hello I was wondering if anyone could tell me which challenge unlocks the umbrella table? Will it be at a certain level or is it just past gone? I can see it (locked) in my table buying menu. I'm hoping it wasn't something a while ago I missed! Thanks in advance.

Locked items are connected to goals. The only goal currently is the August goal (and the SweetCo goal and the Bread Oven goal, neither of which have an expiration date). I'm sure that a player cannot buy those tables unless s/he completed the goal steps required to unlock them. As that table is not connected to any of the above goals, neither you (nor sadly, I) can buy them. I wish I could. So pretty.
