Problem loading free gem videos

Videos to watch for five gold bars now fail to load

If I have time, I just try over and over like 20 times until it connects and the ad plays. They're using third party to play ads so I think the servers aren't integrated that well for the videos, which is why the error happens. It happens very frequently for me.

Whenever I have the issue with my video feature, I go back to my game and collect some items and do a few things in the game. After that my video will load.

The videos I can load mostly all the time.. but my gem total doesn't change all the time. It says you've earned the gem.. but total remains the same. I'm not complaining as a player said earlier on.. they are free. But why say I've earned a gem if it's not so?

They are only for some ios users.

Hi I've been getting the same error message these few days when I'm trying to load the free gem videos, I can still load up to 7 videos a day, but from the 8th videos onward, I just get this error message instead, does anybody else have this problem?

usually closing the window and re-clinking on the free gems works for me. takes on average two tries.

Would love to know why I don't receive gems/watch videos.
On my hubby tablet I can.
On my tablet I am unable to do so - played the game for years (both iPads)

I've been having problems too, but I just force quit my game and start it back up and then a video will load. No biggie as of YET.
